We especially recommend these places:
- Helena Radziwiłł's Arcadia,
- Royal Łazienki,
- Garden in Wilanów,
- Japanese Garden in Wrocław,
- The Saxon Garden in Warsaw and
- Park in Pszczyna.
Below we will describe in more detail the first three of the proposals mentioned above.
Helena Radziwiłł's Arcadia
This is perhaps the most famous landscape park in the Romantic style. It is located approximately 65 km from Łódź, between Skierniewice and Łowicz. Arkadia was founded in the late 18th century by Helena Radziwiłł. The landscape and architecture evoke Greek antiquity.
Royal Łazienki
Walking along the picturesque paths, we can admire numerous ponds, streams, and small waterfalls. One of the most beautiful gardens in Poland delights with unforgettable views – an ideal place for lovers.
A popular destination for Warsaw residents and tourists alike, this centrally located venue transports visitors back to the time of King Stanisław August Poniatowski. The Palace on the Water . The paths are lined with oak trees over 300 years old, and the Łazienki Park also boasts numerous ponds and romantic bridges. An interesting addition to one of the most beautiful gardens in Poland are the peacocks, which proudly display their colorful tails as they stroll freely through the park.
Garden in Wilanów
Let's stay in Warsaw for a moment longer, inviting everyone to visit the Wilanów Gardens. Admire the famous " Polish Versailles ," designed in the Baroque style , which simultaneously combines the grandeur of a French residence, the warmth of a suburban Italian villa, and the traditional Polish nobleman's manor. The palace was built at the behest of King John III Sobieski . The garden's style, in turn, evokes antiquity, the Renaissance, and the Baroque. Numerous paths are surrounded by floral arrangements, exquisitely manicured lawns, and stunning fountains. A popular place to relax, it is also rightly considered one of the most beautiful gardens in Poland.
