This spring in Geneva, craftsmanship meets tomorrow's technology in an atmosphere of supreme luxury. From April 14–20, 2026, Lake Leman will host the largest watchmaking event of the year, an invitation to a world where time is measured not just by seconds, but by passion and innovation.
The return of a watchmaking legend
This year's edition showcases the state of the industry. Eleven new brands join the 66 exhibitors, making the show even more prestigious. The most exciting event is the return of a legend – Audemars Piguet, the oldest manufacturer of high-end watchmaking, still owned by its founding families. Its presence is a manifestation of authenticity in the world of mass production.
This year, the layout of the exhibition space is also changing. Independent artists and craftspeople will now find their home in the expanded Carré des Horlogers (23 exhibitors) and Mezzanine (15 exhibitors) areas, providing guests with even better orientation and a more comfortable visit.

Watches and Wonders 2026 isn't just for the industry elite. The event retains its tried-and-true format: the first four days are aimed at professionals, while the last three days – from Saturday to Monday – are open to the general public. This is the perfect opportunity for any enthusiast to experience the latest trends in the industry firsthand.

"In the City" – watchmaking on the streets of Geneva
Luxury in 2026 is a lifestyle that goes beyond the showcase. Thanks to the "In the City" program, all of Geneva will become a vibrant stage. The centerpiece will be a new location on Quai Général-Guisan, created in collaboration with the Montreux Jazz Festival. Every evening, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the public will be able to enjoy live concerts and DJ sets in this unique 600-square-meter club.
There will also be regular program items:
- Thursday nocturne: the legendary Thursday night with music on the lakeside.
- Watchmaking Village: the Pont de la Machine building will house a centre for watchmaking workshops and presentations on career paths in the industry.
- Flower Clock: The famous flower clock in the Jardin Anglais will take on the official colors of the event.
A look into the future
Watches and Wonders is also an intellectual journey. The LAB has been redesigned to host more than a dozen innovative startups that will shape the future of sustainable watchmaking. Meanwhile, the "Wake Up!" exhibition at the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire de Genève will allow you to discover the history of alarm clocks and clocks since the Middle Ages, showcasing over 50 unique exhibits. The event will be complemented by a partnership with ECAL, whose students will present immersive art installations.
