SUMMARY OF 2022 AND AWARDS FOR THE BEST RESULTS AND PLANS FOR 2023 AT THE LUXURY REAL ESTATE AGENCY VILEA PROPERTY BOUTIQUE

The new year hasn't quite kicked off yet, but premium real estate experts are keeping busy. Last month, the Vilea Property Boutique participated in their annual 2022 year-end meeting.
This was undoubtedly a significant period in the luxury and premium real estate, full of surprising events that influenced the market situation. It also brought many new challenges. Despite the unpredictable circumstances, agents managed to achieve their sales goals.
The results achieved exceeded expectations, and the actions and commitment were repeatedly recognized and rewarded by companies associated with the premium real estate.
- For the second time, Vilea Property Boutique has been recognized in the prestigious European Property Awards competition, receiving the top prize, a 5-star badge, demonstrating the highest quality of services provided in the Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Poland 2022-2023 category. The International Property Award is a world-renowned symbol of excellence.
- Vilea Property Boutique, a luxury real estate agency, has also been nominated for the International Property Awards Europe, as one of eight European real estate agencies selected among those considered the best in their respective countries. The results will be announced this spring.
- European Property Awards Real Estate also awarded them an award for their marketing activities supporting the sale of the properties we offer.
- Vilea Property Boutique has been nominated for the Real Estate Leader , placing them among the 10 best real estate agencies in the Masovian Voivodeship. Final results will be announced after the competition concludes.
In 2022, the Vilea team also celebrated the opening of a new office in Śródmieście at Piękna Street 11A.
The Vilea team has also gained new faces, including the addition of a Development Director, and the Marketing Department is expanding under the supervision of a new Marketing Director.
The success is the work of many, in this case the Vilea team of agents and the dedicated back office team that supports agents in their daily work. It's become a tradition that Vilea awards and distinctions are presented during the Christmas Eve dinner.
